What can be more fun and exciting than a Bali retreat featuring yoga, surfing and new friends?
Get ready to have the best week of your life with the beautiful yoga teacher and surfer Jolie Manza, the head of our Teacher Training Program. You will come out of this retreat with your yoga practice and surfing taken to the next level while feeling energetic, pampered, and rejuvenated.
You will practice yoga in our beautiful bamboo studio located right on the best beaches of Bali and surf the waves either at our door step or at other amazing surf locations near by. You will have 3 hours of yoga daily, delving deeper into alignment, anatomy, asanas, and sequencing–leaving you feeling rejuvenated and alive! You will explore your physical edge while integrating the real power of yoga: the breath and clarity of mind.
This will all translate beautifully into the blissful practice of surfing, where you will take that open mind and able body and join them to the energy of the sea. With 2-3 hours of surfing daily you will develop a new relationship with the ocean and push the boundaries of what you thought was possible. The beach in Sanur is a perfect learning ground for new surfers who are taking their first steps into the sport, but also an amazing spot for people who have been surfing for some time and would like to be coached into taking their surfing to the next level. Join us for the ultimate mediation!

Mercure Resort Sanur
Our partner, The Mercure Resort Sanur, is right next-door, in fact we are on their property on the beautiful beachfront in a peaceful corner. We truly believe this resort to be one of the best in the area, with a variety of rooms to choose from, including twin shared, villas, and deluxe rooms.
The gardens and traditional temples in this property, together with its amazing beachfront make it a fairly unique hotel amongst the main strip in Sanur.
The only hotel with many shady trees on the beach, the last resort right down at the end of Sanur. A special temple is just 5 minutes walk away, a local market and a traditional fishing fleet based alongside, retain that special local community atmosphere, that sadly has been generally lost at most other resorts.
It is a 4 star property that has been operating for many years now with genuinely friendly staff that have been there for many years.
The Mercure Resort Sanur is definitely one of the best options around.
Create awareness of your body through yoga and the spontaneity of surfing, leaving behind the stresses of your modern day world.
