Delia’s yoga journey was started in the early 2010. She came to a studio for a dancing class. The class was cancelled, but there was another class, hatha yoga class.
She could not touch her shin bones, her back posture was really bad, resulting of playing music since kid and being in front of computer way too much. After her first class, she came back, not for a dancing class, but for yoga. She also tried many sport classes and dance classes she could find and afford. but she always came back for yoga. Being curious, she attended various types of yoga classes with different teachers since then, and peeking the books.
Yoga was the escape for her in a fast paced living and after long office hour. She completed hatha yoga training, left office world, and started sharing yoga. Her favourite classes are hatha yoga and restorative yoga. Her yoga class is usually slow paced, emphasizing in moving mindfully, and at the same time building strength, flexibility, and balance to body and mind.
