Covid-19 update | YTT in Bali | Rehab in Bali

Visiting Indonesia: New regulations starting on January 1st 2021

As the government of Indonesia officially announced on the 28th of december 2020, Indonesia will close its borders for all foreign visitors starting from the 1st of January 2021 until the 28th of January.
The reason is the discovery of a new strain of the covid-19 virus and the attempt to prevent the virus from entering Indonesia.
Please find more information here.
We hope to be able to go ahead with our scheduled ytt’s in march and later in the year, along with welcoming rehab retreat guests, as soon as it’s safely possible.
Booking will stay free of deposits – as we will monitor the situation closely.
We will keep you updated with the actual government regulation and honest real health advice.
We all need to remain patient and stay safe, on behalf of ourselves and others.
Relax, Breathe, Be mindful, Give.

General Covid-19 update / Information

With Corona Virus spreading across the world, if you are hopeful of completing a yoga teacher training certification or a retreat in 2020/2021, please be careful to book with a reputable, established yoga retreat centre.

Power Of Now Oasis are constantly monitoring the Corona Virus (COVID-19) situation here in Bali because we only want the best situation for our students and retreat guests. No one really knows how things will develop.

For now, we have closed our studio to the public for the welfare of our staff and the community. Power Of Now Oasis are hopeful that the situation will be safe for travellers later this year.

For anyone that is considering travelling in the future, we understand the concerns and have modified our booking terms for YTT courses and recovery/rehab retreats for 2021.

No deposit is required for all courses and retreats. The spaces are limited, so in the event we do reach our maximum numbers, to secure your spot, you will need to pay the fees in full before you confirm your travel plans or before the course or retreat begins.

We are not going anywhere and will stay in touch. Please always follow and listen to expert advice in the matter of COVID-19.

Bali is open for visitors again, at least there is a possibility to enter Indonesia again. You may need a special visa, a covid test and to follow all safety protocols. We can assist you in organizing the visa – just send us an inquiry. Generally Bali, particularly in our less crowded area of Sanur, things are returning to a new normal, although it’s still very quiet. Actually it’s been somehow blissful.

We have been very lucky and safe, in comparison to many other places, as the health consequences have been mild during a 9 month island lockdown.
Also, tourists are expected to be able to fly directly to Bali, without special visas, from jan 1th of 2021. Of course we will update you on that information as well.

Our rehab retreat program is again open for bookings, as well as our usual 6 yoga teacher training months scheduled for the year. We continue to follow real expert health advice and government regulations with all our operations at Pono and Kolonial House.

Our specialist team for the rehab in Bali programs is also ready to help clients/students, experiencing mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Both teams work together to provide the best service possible for individual clients and students.
We will be following all expert health advice in our operations.
Our open-air studio/wellness/rehab center is beachfront in a quiet area of Bali.
We are one of the founding members of both, the association of professional yoga schools Bali,(APYSB), and the association of professional rehab centers Bali (APRCB), committed to standards and ethics, as well as supporting the local community. Established in 2010, we are not going anywhere, and look forward to welcoming students and clients back soon.
This will pass. Stay safe, positive, and grateful if possible.
Relax, Breathe, Be mindful, Give.
