Victoria Vinyasa yoga teacher in Bali at Power of Now Oasis in Sanur.
Victoria’s connection to PONO runs deep. She first came to Sanur as a student, completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training here in 2023. She never really left, and we are glad she didn’t.
Originally from the UK, Victoria has studied and taught yoga across the UK, Indonesia, and Rishikesh, India. She is a 500-hour RYT with a strong fitness background and ongoing studies in neuroscience and mental health. Her specialty is yoga anatomy, and she has a gift for making the science of the body feel relevant and alive rather than dry or academic.
That combination of traditional yogic knowledge and modern science sets her apart as a teacher. Understanding how the nervous system responds to breathwork, how fascia behaves in a Yin hold, or why certain alignment cues work better for certain bodies is not just interesting to Victoria. It directly shapes how she teaches and how she helps students progress safely and intelligently.
Her classes bring together traditional yogic principles and a grounded understanding of how the mind and body actually work. Whether you are flowing through a Vinyasa sequence or settling into a long Yin hold, her cues are precise, thoughtful, and rooted in both ancient practice and contemporary science.
At Power of Now Oasis she teaches Vinyasa, Yin and Yang, and Hatha and Hatha Flow as part of our daily class schedule in Sanur, Bali. In the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training she teaches asana practice and anatomy, two subjects she approaches with the same clarity and depth she brings to everything.
Victoria teaches in English and is particularly popular with students who want to understand the why behind the practice, not just the what.
