Ardani’s relationship with yoga began long before she became a teacher. What started as a personal practice gradually became a mirror, a way to understand her own patterns, thoughts, and inner world through breath and movement.
Before stepping fully into yoga, Ardani spent years as a national TV journalist and news presenter. That background shaped her into a communicator who speaks with clarity and warmth, qualities that make her classes feel immediately accessible, whatever your level or experience.
A RYT 500 teacher, Ardani brings together Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Power Yoga, and Hatha in classes that balance structure with playfulness. She teaches with a free-spirited energy and genuine honesty, creating space for students to explore and discover rather than simply follow along. Her goal has always been to make yoga accessible to everyone, and that intention is felt from the first breath to the last.
Ardani joined the PONO team in 2024 and teaches Ashtanga Intro and Vinyasa Flow as part of our daily class schedule.
If you can be extraordinary, why would you want to be basic?
