Ardani Ashtanga Power yoga teacher in Bali at Power of Now Oasis in Sanur.

Ardani’s relationship with yoga began long before she became a teacher. What started as a personal practice gradually became a mirror, a way to understand her own patterns, thoughts, and inner world through breath and movement.

Before stepping fully into yoga, Ardani spent years as a national TV journalist and news presenter. That background shaped her into a communicator who speaks with clarity and warmth, qualities that make her classes feel immediately accessible, whatever your level or experience. She knows how to hold a room, how to read an audience, and how to make complex ideas land simply and clearly. Those skills translate directly into how she teaches.

A RYT 500 teacher, Ardani brings together Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Power Yoga, and Hatha in classes that balance structure with playfulness. She teaches with a free-spirited energy and genuine honesty, creating space for students to explore and discover rather than simply follow along. Her goal has always been to make yoga accessible to everyone, and that intention is felt from the first breath to the last.

Her Ashtanga classes follow a traditional sequence with careful attention to breath and bandha, making them suitable for students who want to build a disciplined and progressive practice. Her Power Yoga and Vinyasa classes bring more creative sequencing and dynamic movement, with an emphasis on building strength, building heat, and staying present throughout.

What makes Ardani’s teaching distinctive is the combination of rigour and lightness she brings to the mat. She takes the practice seriously without taking herself too seriously, and students often leave her classes feeling both worked and uplifted.

Ardani joined the PONO team in 2024 and teaches Ashtanga Intro and Vinyasa Flow as part of our daily class schedule at Power of Now Oasis in Sanur, Bali. Whether you are new to Ashtanga or looking to refine an existing practice, her classes offer a grounded, energising, and genuinely enjoyable experience.
